Hello! My name is Laura Perla

I am an Arizona native, a mom of 2 and have been married for 24 years to my best friend. I started as a Licensed Cosmetologist 32 years ago and I have loved every bit of my professional journey in the hair and beauty business.

I have always enjoyed healthy eating and cooking but in 2001 after having my first child it was discovered that I only have one kidney. From there I started making nutrition a priority and increased my focus for my health and wellbeing.

In 2021 despite efforts to maintain healthy habits, my body needed more support and I found Epigenetic Hair Analysis. The results of my report indicated my emotions were a top priority. I sought help through counseling where I uncovered my desire to provide this service to others. In 2022 I became a Certified Nutritional Health Practitioner.

My hope is that I can help others find personalized answers as well as save them time and money in their search for health and wellbeing.

I love that I can now combine my two passions to help people feel good inside and out. Afterall... A healthy and beautiful outside starts from the inside.
